Payment & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. This policy helps protect my time and allows others the chance to book in.
