Can I eat before my session?

A light meal beforehand is absolutely fine. Just avoid a heavy meal right before your appointment.

Will you find specific problem areas during the treatment?

Almost always, yes. I work holistically across the whole body, but I always identify specific areas of tension or restriction and make sure they're addressed during your session.

Does the treatment hurt?

Deep tissue and sports massage can sometimes feel intense on areas that are holding a lot of tension — but it should always feel therapeutic, never painful. I work at a pace and pressure that suits you, checking in throughout the session. Most people find that any initial sensitivity quickly gives way to a real sense of release and relief.

Which treatment should I choose?

If you're unsure, don't worry — just book any session and we'll figure it out together. I always start with a short consultation to understand what your body needs on the day, and I'll adapt the treatment accordingly. If you have a specific issue like back pain, a sports injury, or chronic tension, remedial or deep tissue massage is usually a good starting point. If you just need to switch off and reset, hot stone or relaxation-focused massage works beautifully.

Do I need to give 24 hours notice to cancel?

I ask for 24 hours notice where possible, but I understand that life happens — just let me know as soon as you can.

Do I need to undress for the treatment?

You're welcome to undress to whatever level you're comfortable with. Nudity is absolutely fine, as is keeping your underwear on — I can work around anything. You'll be professionally draped throughout.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. Parking is free from 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Outside of those hours, I can validate a visitor permit so you can park in any Bay J space nearby.

How can I pay?

I accept card, bank transfer, and cash — whatever works best for you.
